What happens after the free week?

Nothing is charged. The trail stops at day seven and waits, and everything you’ve done stays on your phone. Whenever you pick a plan, tomorrow or next month, that day is day eight.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time: from Manage your plan on the Me tab, or in Settings on your iPhone, under Subscriptions. A plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. See it through never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds come from Apple, not from us. Ask under Manage your plan in the app, or at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides.

Does a plan stop when I finish?

No. A plan renews until you stop it, finished or not, so a second challenge can begin whenever you’re ready. If one is enough, stop it under Manage your plan; it runs to the end of what you paid for.

What if my plan lapses?

The trail stops where you are and waits, in the scene you chose. Pick a plan again and you carry on from that same day.

What is See it through?

One payment of $9.99 that covers the rest of your challenge, plus a week after the last day so you can still share your finish. It never renews. You’ll only see it in the last twenty days. It’s for when your plan runs out close to the end, and you’d rather not start a new subscription just to finish.

Is there an account?

No. A purchase belongs to your Apple Account and is checked with Apple, not with us. On a new phone, Restore purchase brings it back. A plan doesn’t share with a family.
