Terms of use.
75 Kind is an app made by The Ital Factory LLC. These are the rules for using it. We kept them short and plain on purpose. If you use the app, you are saying yes to them.
The short version
- Your first week is free. After that you pick a plan, or the trail waits for you.
- Apple takes the money. To cancel or get a refund, go through Apple.
- Everything you make in the app stays on your phone, and in your own iCloud if you keep a copy there. It is yours. We can't see it, and we can't get it back for you.
- The app is a helper, not a doctor.
- If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid.
What the app is
75 Kind helps you do something every day for seventy-five days. You choose your missions. You tick them off. You take a photo if you like. Before you start, you say what should happen when you miss a day: a grace day, a freeze, or a week started over. Then the app holds you to your own answer.
The app runs on iPhone. The widget on your home screen and the things you can ask Siri are part of it.
Who can use it
You need an iPhone with iOS 26 or newer, and an Apple Account.
You need to be at least thirteen years old.
The free week, and the plan
Your first seven days are free.
After that, the app asks you to pick a plan. If you don't, nothing is lost. The trail waits. You can still look at every day and every photo, and you can still share them. You just can't add anything new, and no day counts as missed while you wait. When you pick a plan, you carry on from where you stopped.
A plan gives you the whole trail, every scene, and everything else in the app. You get one free week. A second challenge on the same phone needs a plan from its first day.
Paying
Apple takes your payment, not us. The price shows in the app in your own money. It can be different from country to country.
Three plans renew on their own: every week, every three months, or every year. That means Apple charges you again at the start of each new stretch, until you stop it. You can stop any time on your iPhone, in Settings, under Subscriptions. Stopping ends the next payment. You keep what you already paid for until it runs out.
The See it through pass is one payment. It covers the rest of one challenge, plus a week. It never renews.
You can buy three grace days at a time. Spent ones stay spent. Ones you don't use carry over to your next challenge.
A plan belongs to one Apple Account. It doesn't share with a family.
Refunds come from Apple, not from us. Ask in the app under Manage your plan, or at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides.
If someone gives you a code, use it in the app under Redeem a code.
Your stuff is yours
Your missions, your days, your photos and videos, what you say to Melonie: all of it is yours. All of it lives on your phone, and your missions, days, photos and videos are also in your own iCloud while you keep a copy there. We never see it, unless you send it to us yourself in feedback. We don't keep a copy.
That cuts both ways. We can't get it back for you. If you delete the app, everything in it goes from your phone; the copy in your iCloud stays until you delete it. If you lose your phone, a new iPhone can pick up from that copy, if you kept one. Otherwise your challenge is only as safe as your phone's backup.
Sharing is your choice. A card you share carries a picture of your trail, a photo you picked, and a link to the app. Nothing else. Once you share it, it's out in the world like anything else you share.
Things that can be wrong
Melonie listens and thinks on your phone. She can mishear you. Read what she wrote down. You can change any mission whenever you like.
If you let the app read Health, it offers a workout or a drink of water against a mission. It only offers. You decide.
The sky over the map comes from the weather where you are. It's a picture, not a forecast.
Not a doctor
75 Kind is for keeping promises to yourself. It isn't medical advice. It isn't a doctor, a trainer or a therapist. Every mission is your own idea. If you're not sure a workout, a diet or anything else is safe for you, ask someone who knows before you start.
What we promise, and what we can't
We work hard to make the app good, and we keep fixing it. But we can't promise it will never have a bug, never lose a day, or never stop working. We give it to you as it is.
If the app goes wrong and that costs you something, the most we can pay back is what you paid us in the last twelve months. Some places have laws that give you more. Where they do, the law wins.
Ours and yours
The app, the paintings, Melonie's voice and the words on the screen are ours. Please don't copy them, take the app apart, or sell it as your own.
Your own words, photos, videos and missions are yours. We don't want any rights to them, and we don't take any.
Stopping
You can stop any time. Delete the app and you're done. If you have a plan that renews, stop it in Settings first, or Apple will keep charging.
We can stop too. If we ever close the app down, we'll say so ahead of time, and anything on your phone stays on your phone.
Apple's part
Apple sells the app, so Apple asks us to say these things:
- These rules are between you and The Ital Factory LLC. Apple isn't part of them, and Apple isn't responsible for the app or what's in it.
- You can use the app on Apple devices you own or control, by the App Store's own rules.
- Looking after the app is our job, not Apple's.
- If the app doesn't do what we say it does, you can tell Apple, and Apple can refund what you paid for it. That is the only promise Apple makes about the app. Everything else is on us.
- If anyone says the app hurt them, broke a law, or copied their work, that's for us to answer, not Apple.
- You tell us you're not in a country the United States doesn't let us sell to, and you're not on a US list of people we can't sell to.
- If you use other services with the app, like your phone company's, their rules still apply.
- Apple can hold you to these rules too, as if Apple had written them.

Changes
We might change these rules. When we do, the date at the top changes. If a change is big, we'll do our best to tell you. If you keep using the app after a change, you're saying yes to the new rules.
The law
These rules follow the laws of the State of New York, in the United States. If we disagree and can't sort it out by talking, the courts of New York decide.
