What stays on your phone

Everything you put into the app lives on your phone:

• Your goal and your missions
• Which days you did and which days you missed
• Your photos and videos
• What you said to Melonie when you set up
• Your workouts, water and quiet minutes, if you let the app read them from Health
• The picture in your ring, your theme, your reminder times

There is no account. No login. No password. We don't have a copy of any of it.

If you delete the app, it's gone from your phone. The copy in your iCloud stays until you delete it (see 7, below).

Things that happen on your phone, not on the internet

• Melonie listens on your phone. Your voice is turned into words right there. It is not sent anywhere.
• Melonie thinks on your phone. When she suggests missions, your phone's own brain does the thinking. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.
• Health stays on your phone. The app reads your workouts, water and mindful minutes so it can offer to count them. It never changes anything in Health, and it never sends any of it anywhere.
• Reminders come from your phone. They are not sent through the internet.
• The widget and Siri read from your phone. Same data, same place.

When the app uses the internet

The app talks to the internet for a few small things. Here is every one of them.

1. The weather.

The map shows the real sky where you are. If you say yes, your phone asks Apple for the weather at your location, the same way the Weather app does. Apple sees where you are. We never do. The app keeps only your sunrise and sunset times, your rough latitude (rounded to a whole number) and the wind, so it can draw the sky. If you say no, the app uses the clock and pretends the sky is clear.

2. Buying a plan.

Apple handles the money. A company called RevenueCat checks with Apple that your purchase is real. Neither of them gets your name or email from us. RevenueCat gets a random ID for your phone, your receipt from Apple, and three plain words about where you are in the challenge (roughly how far along you are, whether your free week is over, and which scene you picked). That's it.

3. Sending us feedback.

Only if you tap Send. Then we get:

• The words you wrote
• A screenshot, if you chose one
• Your email, if you typed one
• Some plain facts so we can help: the app version, your iPhone model and iOS version, your language, your theme, your text size, whether Reduce Motion or VoiceOver is on, which day you're on and which scene you use

It goes to our inbox through a service called AgentMail. We never get your missions, your photos, your notes, your location or your Health data. Not even a little.

4. Downloads from Apple.

The paintings for each scene, and the speech model Melonie listens with, are downloaded by your phone from Apple. Apple handles that. The app doesn't see or send anything.

5. This page and the Terms page.

When you open them from inside the app, they load from our website.

6. Sharing a card.

If you share a card, it has a code on it that opens the App Store. Apple counts how many people came from a share. It doesn't say who.

7. A copy in your iCloud.

So a new iPhone can pick up where your old one left off, the app keeps a copy of your journey in your own iCloud. That means your missions, your days, your photos and videos, and your settings. It sits in the private part of your iCloud storage, which only you can read. We can't read it, and no other company is involved. It counts toward your iCloud storage, not ours.

It's on unless you turn it off, in the app under Settings → iCloud. To delete it, turn it off and choose "Turn off and delete from iCloud". Even after you've deleted the app, you can delete it from your iPhone's Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage → 75 Kind.

A few things stay on the phone on purpose: your answers to the app's questions about Health and location, and anything you sent us as feedback.

What we never do

• We never track you.
• We never show you ads.
• We never sell anything about you.
• We have no analytics in the app. We can't see how you use it.
• We never look at your photos, your missions or your days. We can't.

When your phone asks you a question

The app asks for these only when it needs them, and you can say no:

• Camera — to take a photo or video
• Photos — to pick a photo or video you already have
• Microphone and Speech — so Melonie can hear you
• Location — for the weather on the map
• Health — to offer your workouts, water and mindful minutes
• Notifications — for reminders

Change your mind any time in your phone's Settings app. The app keeps working without any of them.

Grown-ups only

75 Kind is for adults. It isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly keep anything from them.

This website

Our web host keeps ordinary server logs. The site counts visits with Google Analytics only if you say yes to the bar that asks, and never on this page, the Terms page or the share link. Until you say yes, nothing from Google loads. After it, Google sets a cookie that lasts two months, so a return visit counts as a return; the advertising side is off, and the only thing counted beyond a page view is a tap on a Get the app link. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics never load and you are not asked. You can change your answer in the footer, under Analytics; a no clears Google's cookies.

If you write to us through the contact page, your name, email and message come to our inbox through AgentMail so we can reply. A check by Cloudflare keeps bots off that form; it runs only once you start typing.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Right now there is no account. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does, and it will never mean we start looking at what's on your phone.
