What stays on your phone, and what doesn't.

This page is still being written. What it says so far is true; it is not yet complete.

The app

75 Kind keeps what it knows on your phone. Your missions, your days, your photos and videos, what you said to Melonie and what Health offered are stored on the device and nowhere else. There is no account.

The app reaches the network for a small number of things:

  • The sky over the map comes from Apple's WeatherKit, using your location while the app is open, if you allow it. Without that it uses the clock.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple and verified through RevenueCat. You are anonymous to both: no name, no email, no account.
  • If you send feedback from inside the app, the words you wrote, the screenshot you chose and the email address you gave, if any, go to our inbox through AgentMail, together with the app version and the phone model. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
  • The speech model Melonie listens with, and the paintings for each scene, are downloaded by the system on the app's behalf.
  • These two pages, Terms and Privacy, load from this website when you open them from the app.

Health data is read on the phone, never written, and never leaves it. Melonie's listening and thinking happen on the device. The app has no analytics and no advertising.

Deleting the app deletes everything it kept.

This website

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps ordinary server logs. It uses Google Analytics to count visits, only after you say yes, and never on this page or the Terms page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the analytics do not load at all.

If you write to us through the contact page, your name, your email address and your message go to our inbox through AgentMail so we can reply. The site keeps no copy. The form runs a check by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out; it loads only once you start filling the form in, and it is the only thing on that page that talks to Cloudflare.

Your choices

Location, Health, the camera, the microphone, the photo library and notifications are each asked for when the app needs them, and each can be turned off in Settings.
